This tasty dish can also be made with different cheese for new flavors. Ingredients:
3 -4 italian sausages |
1 (750 ml) jar pasta sauce |
3 cups pasta |
3 cups water |
1 red pepper, chopped |
1 green pepper, chopped |
1 small onion, chopped |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
1 cup cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook sausages, drain fat. Cut into bite sized chunks and place in large pot. 2. Add pasta sauce and water, bring to a boil. Add pasta and bring to a boil again. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover. 3. Cook for 10 minutes, add vegetables. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes. 4. Stir in cheeses and serve immediately. |
