Loaded with cheese and salsa...who wouldn't love it! Ingredients:
2 lb ground beef |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
1/3 cup plain dry bread crumbs |
1/4 cup milk |
1/4 cup chunky salsa |
1 egg, lightly beaten |
1 clove garlic, minced |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Shape into a loaf in a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour or until center is no longer pink. Remove from oven. Let stand for 3 minutes before removing from pan. Cut into slices and serve. |
