Ingredients:
1 (10-ounce) package frozen whole-kernel corn |
3 tablespoons (1 1/2 ounces) shredded reduced-fat, extra-sharp cheddar cheese |
2 tablespoons chunky salsa |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Cook corn according to package directions, omitting salt; drain and place in a small bowl. Add cheese, salsa, and salt; toss gently. Serve immediately. |
