CHEESY SALMON APPETIZERS This recipe came from an Estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Cougar Estate in Terrell, Texas in 1984. Ingredients:
1 can salmon |
8 ounces cream cheese softened |
4 tablespoons salsa |
1 teaspoon dried cilantro |
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin |
8 flour tortillas |
Directions:
1. Drain salmon well. 2. In small bowl combine salmon, cheese, salsa, parsley and cilantro. 3. Spread two tablespoons of salmon mixture over each tortilla. 4. Roll each tortilla up tightly and wrap individually with plastic wrap. 5. Refrigerate 3 hours then slice into bite size pieces and serve. |
