Ingredients:
1/2 lb rotini pasta, uncooked |
1 lb ground beef |
1 small green pepper, chopped |
1 small onion, chopped |
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can whole tomatoes, broken up |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon beef bouillon |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/3 cup milk |
1 cup ricotta cheese |
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Prepare rotini as directed on box; drain. 2. Cook ground beef, green pepper and onion; drain fat. 3. Add tomatoes, bouillon and pepper to ground beef; simmer 5 minutes. 4. Remove from heat, stir in milk, ricotta cheese, 1 cup shredded cheddar and rotini. 5. Pour into 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. 6. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. 7. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
