Cheesy Roll Bake

A bread roll up with creamy cheesy filling. Great to serve with soup.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons onions, chopped
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup low-fat milk
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups biscuit mix
1 3/4 cups swiss cheese, grated
Directions:
1. In a frying pan cook onion in butter until tender.
2. Blend in flour.
3. Add milk gradually; cook until thick, stirring constantly.
4. Add cheddar cheese; heat until cheese melts.
5. Prepare biscuit mix as directed.
6. Roll into a rectangle.
7. Spread with cheddar cheese mixture.
8. Sprinkle with swiss cheese.
9. Roll jelly-roll fashion; fork edges to seal and edge.
10. Prick holes in top of roll.
11. Place on a greased baking pan.
12. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown.
