Cheesy Rice With Ham and Broccoli |

This is an easy, tasty way to use up leftover ham. Ingredients:
2 cups cooked ham, cut into strips |
3 cups fresh broccoli florets |
1 cup water |
1 1/2 cups minute rice, uncooked |
1/2 lb velveeta reduced fat cheese product, cut into small cubes |
Directions:
1. Bring ham, broccoli, and water to a boil. 2. Cover and cook on low 3 minutes. 3. Stir in rice and cheese; cover. 4. Remove from heat and let stand 7 minutes. 5. Stir til cheese is melted. |
