Quick and easy casserole for when you dont have a lot of time. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen peas, cooked and drained |
1 (4 1/2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms |
1/2 lb velveeta cheese, cubed |
2 1/4 cups cooked rice |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. |
