1. pkg. cooked corned beef, chopped (5 oz) 2. can saurerkraut, rinced and drained (14 oz) 3. /2 c. thousand island dressing 4. c. mayo 5. c. shredded swiss 6. /2 c. shredded cheddar 7. -2 T. prepared horseradish 8. Pretzels or pumpernicle bread for dipping 9. Mix together ingred. in slow cooker. Cover. Cook dip on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 4-5 hours. Set cooker on warm setting and serve with pretzels or pumpernickle bread. |
