Cheesy Ranch Potatoes

It is so quick to make as a side dish and it tastes great! Wonderful with steaks. Also can be made with low-fat ingredients. Just omit the butter.
Ingredients:
5 -6 large potatoes
3 tablespoons butter
1 1/4 cups hidden valley® original ranch® dressing
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
garlic salt
Directions:
1. Peel Potatoes and cut in bite size pieces. Boil on high heat until tender with a fork. Not falling apart mushy. Drain. Place back in pan. Combine all ingredients and let warm up making sure cheese is melted. Add garlic salt to taste. Serve!
