A new twist on Velveeta and Rotel Ingredients:
1 lb velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes |
1 (10 ounce) can rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained |
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream |
1 cup ranch dressing |
Directions:
1. COMBINE all ingredients in 2-qt. microwaveable bowl. 2. MICROWAVE on HIGH 8 minute or until cheese is completely melted, stirring every 2 minute 3. SERVE with assorted cut-up vegetables, chips or crackers. |
