Ingredients:
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 cup velveeta cheese, cubed |
2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine |
2 cups ham, fully cooked and cubed |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
1 1/2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
6 cups potatoes, cooked and mashed with milk and butter |
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, combine the soup, cheese and butter. 2. Cook and stir over medium heat until cheese is melted. 3. Stir in the ham, onion and Worcestershire sauce. 4. Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish. 5. Top with mashed potatoes. 6. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until heated through. |
