I got this recipe from a former co-worker. I have never made them, but I remember that they were delicious the time she brought them in for an office pot luck. Ingredients:
1 (32 ounce) package frozen, shredded hash brown potatoes |
8 ounces velveeta cheese, cut into small chunks |
1/2-1 cup margarine, cut into small chunks |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in crock pot. 2. Cook on high 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally. |
