Easy to prepare and delicious. Ingredients:
- 2 large potatoes |
- 2 tbsp oil |
- dash of salt |
- dash of pepper |
- generous sprinkle of parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven at 425° F 2. Wash and dry potatoes. Slice into 1/2 inch thickness. Dry each slice with paper towel and put in a mixing bowl. Add salt and pepper. Toss. Add oil and coat all slices. Finally, add parmesan cheese and toss to coat. Lightly oil baking pan and layer slices of potatoes on it. Bake in preheated oven for approximately 20 minutes, turning the slices over midway through the baking. Serve warm. |
