Warm and cheesy potatoes Ingredients:
5 to 6 medium potatoes |
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese |
8 oz sour cream |
1/2 teaspoon basil |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1/4 teaspoon parsley |
1/4 teaspoon thyme |
Directions:
1. Chop potatoes with skins on. Place them in a medium sized baking dish. Mix in sour cream, cheese, and seasonings. Bake covered at 325 for 30 to 45 minutes, until potatoes are soft. |
