Easy, and a great change! Ingredients:
4-5 med russet potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked |
1/2-3/4 stick butter |
2 heaping tbs flour |
milk |
cheddar cheese |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Heat butter and flour in a pot on medium heat. Add milk until creamy. Shred some cheese and add to mixture until consistency is smooth and is as cheesy as you like. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour mixture over cooked potatoes and toss. |
