I got this recipe from my mom and it is soo good! Delicious cheesy potatoes. Ingredients:
1-2/3 cups canned cream of chicken soup |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 lb of shredded cheese |
1 medium onion chopped |
2 lbs frozen hash brown potatoes |
2 tspns butter, cut into peices |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Combine first 3 ingredients in cake pan. Stir in onion and potatoes. Dot with butter. Cover with foil and bake for about 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. |
