Cheesy potatoes are great for special occasions & potlucks! Ingredients:
32 oz shredded potatoes |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
1 1/2 cups sour cream |
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese |
8 oz colby jack cheese |
1/2 cup margarine |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/4 tsp. pepper |
1 tsp. garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Place frozen shredded potatoes in a 13 x 9 baking dish. 2. Place all other ingredients in a saucepan and cook on the stove until cheese is completely melted. 3. Pour the mixture over the shredded potatoes. 4. Bake at 375 for approximately 1 hour. |
