Cheesy Potato Soup

Ingredients:
5 pound(s) white potatos cubed
1 white or yellow onion diced
1 bag(s) wide egg noodles
2 pound(s) velvetta cubed
1 tablespoon(s) parsley
1 stick(s) margarine
1 can(s) evaporated milk
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Boil together in water; 5 lbs potatoes, 1 onion, and a teaspoon of salt. Water should be approximately 1 above potatoes.
2. After 5 minutes of potatoes boiling, add bag of egg noodles(add more water if necessary)
3. When potatoes and noodles are done, add Velvetta Cheese, Parsley, Margarine. Add Evaporated Milk when cheese is melted, and salt and pepper to taste.
