This dish is a delicious cheesy version of a potato salad. Try it out. Ingredients:
2 1/2 poinds of red potatos cubed. |
1 cup of sour cream |
1/2 cup of mayonaise |
1/4 cup of white sugar |
1/2 bunch of green onions chopped |
1 t bacon bits |
1 cup of cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Place potatos iin a pot and fill with enough water to cover. Bring to a boil and cook for a bout 10 minutes or untill easily peirced with a fork. Drain and set aside. 2. In a large Bowl, mix together the sour cream, mayo, sugar, half the onions and half the cheese. Gently stir in the cooled potatos. Top with the rest of the onions and cheese, and sprinkle bakon bits over the top |
