Ingredients:
2-16 oz pint(s) sour cream |
2 can(s) cream of chicken soup |
2-2 lb bag(s) frozen hashbrowns - southern style potatoes |
4 cup(s) sharp cheddar cheese shredded |
1 cup(s) onions diced |
1 cup(s) butter melted |
salt |
pepper |
2 cup(s) cork flake crumbs |
1/2 cup(s) butter softened |
Directions:
1. Partially thaw hash brown potatoes in microwave oven 2. Dry ingredients: 3. In large mixing bowl, combine hash brown potatoes, shredded cheese & diced onions 4. Add salt & pepper to taste 5. Wet ingredients: 6. In seperate large mixing bowl, combine sour cream, cream of chicken soup & melted butter 7. Add salt & pepper to taste 8. Combine both wet & dry ingredients thoroughly 9. Place mixture in aluminum roasting pan 10. Topping: 11. Combine corn flake crumbs & softened butter with fork 12. Sprinkle topping on top of mixture 13. Bake at 350 for 1 hour |
