This is a family favorite served as a side for anytime of the day! Ingredients:
2 pounds hash browns |
1/2 cup melted butter |
1 tsp salt |
1/4 tsp pepper |
1 cove of garlic minced |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1 can cream of mushroom soup (i use the low sodium one) |
1 pt sour cream |
2 cups grated cheddar cheese |
topping |
2 cups crushed corn flakes |
1/4 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in 9x13 pan that's greased. 2. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle over potato mixture. 3. Bake about 45 minutes at 350 or until golden brown |
