1/2 pita bread, approximately 6 inches (2 oz.) |
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 ounce low-fat cheddar cheese |
1/4 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. Lightly brush pita with oil and cut into eighths. 3. Arrange the pita chips on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray and bake for 5-6 minutes or until lightly browned. 4. Top with cheese and garlic powder, return to oven and bake for 2-3 more minutes, until cheese is melted. 5.
