1. eggs 2. /2 cup Picante Sauce 3. /4 cup flour 4. t chili powder 5. oz shredded cheddar cheese (about 1-1/2 cups) 6. green onion, chopped 7. Heat over to 400. Lightly grease 24 3inch muffin pan cups. 8. Beat eggs, picante sauce, flour and chili powder in a medium bowl with fork or whisk. Add in cheese and onion 9. Spoon about 1 T of mixture into each cup. Bake for 10 mins or until golden brown. Serve either warm or room temperature with additional picante sauce. |
