I had these at a pot luck and had to have the recipe....Oh my are they good Ingredients:
42 oz hash browns |
3 sticks butter |
8 oz shredded cheese |
2/3 pound velvetta |
1 pint half and half |
Directions:
1. grease 9 x 13 pan. place hash browns in pan. 2. melt all remaining ingredients, pour over hashbrowns. 3. let sit for 1 hour before baking 4. bake 350 degrees for 1 hour |
