With crispy crumbled bacon on top, this one will remind you of a loaded baked potato. Ingredients:
1/3 cup sour cream |
1/3 cup mayonnaise |
2 teaspoons finely chopped green onion |
1/2 cup (2 oz.) finely shredded colby-jack cheese blend |
2/3 cup finely chopped, cooked bacon |
Directions:
1. Stir together first 4 ingredients in a small bowl; cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Brush on hot grilled corn, and sprinkle evenly with bacon. |
