Cheesy Mustard Steaks

This is a very easy recipe for delicious tasting steak! I have not included the cooking time here because it really largely depends on how you like your steak - ie. rare/medium-rare/well done.
Ingredients:
4 -6 beef eye steaks
2 cups grated swiss cheese
2 tablespoons seeded mustard
4 spring onions, chopped
1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage (optional)
Directions:
1. Rub steaks all over with crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
2. Barbeque/grill or pan-fry the steaks until browned and ALMOST tender.
3. Meanwhile combine all the'topping' ingredients in a bowl.
4. Spread with the topping.
5. Cook until the cheese is melted and the steaks are tender!
