Once made this can be stored for up to 2 days and goes very well with new potato roasties or crudités
Ingredients:
200 g creme fraiche
1 teaspoon clear honey
50 g soft blue cheese
1 tablespoon grainy mustard
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients and season if desired.
2. Chill until needed.
