Once made this can be stored for up to 2 days and goes very well with new potato roasties or crudités Ingredients:
200 g creme fraiche |
1 teaspoon clear honey |
50 g soft blue cheese |
1 tablespoon grainy mustard |
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients and season if desired. 2. Chill until needed. |
