An easy and quick recipe for fish that tastes delicious!! Ingredients:
1 lb frozen haddock fillet (do not thaw) |
2 tablespoons kraft signature classic herb salad dressing |
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced |
1/2 cup kraft 3-cheese mexicana finely shredded cheese |
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 450°F Place fish in a 9x13 dish; drizzle with dressing. 2. Bake 25 minutes; top with muxhrooms and cheese. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts and fish flakes easily with fork. 3. Sprinkle with parsley. 4. SUBSTITUTE: Prepare using halibut or cod fillets. |
