Cheesy Mushroom Bacon Meatloaf |

I make this a lot in the cold season for a nice Sunday dinner. My DB LOVES this meatloaf and always makes sandwiches the next day! Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 lb ground pork |
1 (1 1/4 ounce) package dry onion soup mix |
2 eggs |
3/4 cup breadcrumbs |
1/2 cup milk |
1 dash ketchup |
1 tablespoon ground mustard powder |
1/4 cup bacon bits |
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms |
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together in mixing bowl until throughly mixed. Form meat mixture into loaf shape. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. Put meat into loaf pan and cook in 350 oven. Check after 1 hour so not to over cook. |
