Fast, Easy and yummy! Ingredients:
1 package johnsonville chorizo |
1 4oz can diced chilies |
12oz velveta cheese. (i used reduced fat. ) |
4 cups cooked rice |
1 can kidney beans or black beans |
chopped parsely or cilantro for ganish. |
Directions:
1. Remove casings from Chorizo and brown 2. Cut velveta into cubs for easier melting 3. add chilies, velveta, and kidney beans. 4. once cheese is melted add rice and heat through out. |
