Tasty! Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/4 cup chopped green pepper |
1 tablespoon butter |
2 lbs ground beef |
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce |
2 eggs, beaten |
4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated |
1 cup soft breadcrumbs |
1/4 teaspoon thyme |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Saute onion and green pepper in butter until onion is soft. 2. Remove from heat and mix with remaining ingrdients. 3. Blend well. 4. Shape into a loaf in a 10x14 baking pan. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
