So quick and easy for a quick dinner Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups uncooked regular long-grain rice |
1 pkg. (16-oz.) frozen cooked meatballs |
2/3 cup half and half |
2 pkgs. (10-oz.) frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and cheese flavored sauce |
Directions:
1. Cook rice as pkg. directions. 2. Cover and cook frozen meatballs in 12 skillet over medium-high heat , 4 minutes. 3. Stir in half and half, scraping skillet to remove any browned bits of meat. 4. Add frozen vegetables and sauce. 5. Cover and cook 12 minutes, stirring occasionally until vegetables and meatballs are hot. 6. Serve over rice. |
