                    Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                2 pounds yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed  |  
                                                2 (4-ounce) packages spiced gournay cheese product  |  
                                                2/3 cup half-and-half  |  
                                                1/4 cup butter or margarine  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon pepper  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Bring potato and water to cover to a boil in a large saucepan; reduce heat, and cook 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Drain and return to saucepan. Cook over medium heat 30 seconds. Remove from heat. 2. Add cheese and next 4 ingredients; beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth. Spoon into a 2 1/2-quart baking dish. 3. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. 4. *Note: For testing purposes only, we used Boursin cheese.                              |
