This dish in my family's opinion is delicious. It can be served as a sides with some gravy on top. Ingredients:
-5 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered |
-4 tablespoons cream cheese with green onion |
-3 tablespoons butter |
-1/2 cup milk |
-2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese |
-3 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese |
-salt and pepper to taste |
-2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives or green onion (optional) |
Directions:
1. -in a deep pot, cook potatoes in enough boiling water to cover for 20-25 minutes or until tender. 2. -drain 3. -while potatoes are still hot, add butter and cream cheese and mash until combined. 4. -add milk and cheese, stir to combine 5. -serve as a side dish with some gravy and chives (optional) |
