This is very tasty and goes great with everything. Enjoy Ingredients:
5 medium potatoes peeled and cut into 8 pieces |
1/2 cup whole milk |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper |
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded |
Directions:
1. Place potatoes in a large pot with enough water to cover. 2. Bring potatoes to a boil over high heat then reduce heat to medium and cook until tender. 3. Remove from heat then drain and add milk and mash until smooth. 4. Add salt and pepper to taste. 5. Gently stir in shredded cheese then cover and let sit until cheese melts. |
