Cheesy Mashed Potato Balls |

A unique way to serve mashed potatoes. Kids love it! Ingredients:
4 to 6 large potatoes |
350 grams of cheddar cheese (cut into cubes) |
1/3 cup butter |
water for boiling the potatoes |
salt and pepper to taste |
oil for frying |
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes until very soft then drain 2. mash potatoes with a fork or potato masher 3. add butter and mix 4. add salt and pepper to taste 5. let it cool 6. once cool take about 4 tablespoonful of potatoes 7. put cheese in the center and roll into a ball 8. then fry potatoes until golden brown 9. serve on the side of steaks, barbecue or a snack |
