Baguette halves are spread with a creamy blend of cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and green onions, then topped with grated cheese and baked until toasty. Ingredients:
1 cup kraft shredded mozzarella cheese with a touch of philadelphia |
3/4 cup philadelphia reduced fat italian cheese & herb cooking creme |
1/4 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes |
1 green onion, sliced |
1 french bread baguette (24 inch), cut lengthwise in half |
2 tablespoons kraft grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Mix first 4 ingredients. 3. Spread onto cut sides of bread; top with Parmesan. 4. Bake 8 to 10 min. or until lightly browned. |
