This is a favorite of my families. Again my mother-in-law gave it to me when I was first married. I have made this dish many times. Ingredients:
1-32oz. package of frozen hash browns (thawed) |
1 stick butter melted |
1/2 cup onion chopped |
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted) |
1 8oz. carton sour cream |
1 stick cracker barrel sharp cheese grated (any grated sharp cheese will do) |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all. Lightly spray baking dish with Pam. Add ingredients to baking dish. 2. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes |
