classic cheesy hashbrown casserole recipe and oh so good! Ingredients:
2 lb bag shredded hashbrowns |
1 stick butter |
1/4 to 1/2 grated or finely minced onions |
1 c mayo |
1 c sour cream |
1 can cream of chicken soup |
corn flakes |
1 8oz shredded cheddar cheese |
salt & pepper for taste |
Directions:
1. Melt 1 stick of butter and pour 1/2 over hashbrowns, set aside. 2. Mix together mayo, sour cream, cheese, soup, onions. 3. Mix hashbrowns with soup mixture. 4. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. 5. 15 minutes before done pour 1/2 stick of butter over corn flakes and sprinkle over top of casserole. |
