My sister bought this over for us to try once and it is really good. My mom and I don't even like plain hash browns but we love this. You can substitute cream of celery or mushroom for the chicken soup if you are vegetarian. Ingredients:
2 lbs frozen hash browns |
1 cup sour cream |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) cream of mushroom soup |
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese |
1/8 cup melted butter |
Directions:
1. Mix well. 2. Put in a 9x13-inch pan. 3. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. |
