Cheesy Ham And Cabbage Casserole |

Easy to make and not too expensive. Ingredients:
small head of cabbage |
2 cups cubed velveeta cheese |
diced ham |
1 can of cream of mushroom soup |
milk |
chopped onion, optional |
Directions:
1. Cut cabbage into fairly small pieces but not too small. 2. Boil with a little salt until tender but not mushy. 3. Drain. 4. Mix drained cabbage with Velveeta cheese, as much diced ham as you'd like (I use about a cup), mushroom soup and milk. Use the can of mushroom soup to measure the milk. Add onions if desired. 5. Pour into casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. 6. I don't usually measure out the ingredients so not sure exactly how much to use. ;) |
