This recipe is from Light Take Five cookbook. Excellent variation to regular green beans. Delicious! Ingredients:
2 (8 -10 ounce) cans green beans, drained |
1 lb mushroom, sliced |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1 (8 ounce) jar processed cheese |
1/4 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine. 3. Add green beans and cheese. 4. Spoon into two quart baking dish. 5. Bake for 15 minutes. |
