Cheesy Green Bean Casserole |

This recipe came from my mother-in-law. We had it at a 4th of July party. It's so simple to make. Ingredients:
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup |
3/4 cup skim milk |
1 cup crushed cheese crackers (she used cheez-its) |
6 ounces cheddar flavored french-fried onions (french's) |
1/2 cup diced yellow onion |
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans french style green beans |
Directions:
1. Spray baking dish with non-stick spray. 2. Pour soup and milk in dish and mix til combined. 3. Add crackers, 1/2 of the fried onions, and the diced onion. 4. Mix til combined,. 5. If it's too thick add a little more milk. 6. Add green beans and stir. 7. Top with remaining fried onions. 8. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until it's bubbly and golden brown on top. |
