Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) shredded reduced-fat monterey jack cheese |
1/2 cup light mayonnaise |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes |
1 (16-ounce) loaf french bread, cut in half horizontally |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°. 2. Combine first 3 ingredients. Spread on cut sides of bread; place on a baking sheet. 3. Bake at 350°° for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. 4. Slice into equal portions, and serve warm. |
