This is a super easy, great tasting chicken dish - pair it with some Spanish rice and a salad and dinner's on the table in about 30 minutes. Ingredients:
2 boneless chicken breasts |
5 ounces enchilada sauce |
1/2 cup shredded cheese, your choice |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Spray baking dish with Pam. 3. Place chicken breasts in bottom of dish. 4. Pour enchilada sauce evenly over chicken. 5. Bake for 30 minutes. 6. Sprinkle with cheese after 30 minutes. 7. Place chicken back in oven until cheese melts. |
