It's hard to believe that these buttery bites call for only a few items. I keep the ingredients for these biscuits on hand because my sons just love them, writes Marla Miller from Englewood, Tennessee. Ingredients:
2 cups king arthur unbleached self-rising flour |
1 cup butter, melted |
1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream |
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients until blended. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto lightly greased baking sheets. 2. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks. Serve warm. Yield: 2 dozen. |
