A simple easy recipe that I make all the time. You may have to add a little more or less flour to get a nice dough. It's in such a small amount because I roll the dough into little balls and smash them. (that also keeps them fresh, in a small amount) You would probably have to triple or double it if you are using cookie cutters. Enjoy!! Ingredients:
1 tablespoon shredded cheese |
1 tablespoon flour |
2 teaspoons water |
1 1/2 teaspoons parmesan cheese (optional) |
1 teaspoon dried parsley (optional) |
Directions:
1. Smash the shredded cheese in a bowl with a fork. 2. Mix in the flour. 3. Mix in the parmesan cheese and parsley. 4. Stir in the water. 5. Bake 8-10 minute in a 350 degrees oven. 6. Note: If you want more flavor, substitute chicken broth for the water. |
