Ingredients:
8 (1/2-inch-thick) diagonally-cut baguette slices |
2 garlic cloves, halved lengthwise |
1 large plum tomato, cut diagonally into 8 slices |
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°. 2. Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet. Rub cut surfaces of garlic over both sides of bread. Place 1 tomato slice on each; sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake at 450° for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. |
