These crispy crackers are delicious to snack on, they're addictive when paired with a a glass of wine! My two year old also loves them if we go easy on the cayenne. Ingredients:
1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup softened butter |
1 cup flour |
1 cup rice krispies |
1/4 tsp salt |
1 dash worcesteshire sauce |
1 pinch of garlic powder |
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (use more if you like it spicy!) |
black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well and form into balls of dough (roughly 2-3 tbsps large). 3. Either between two pieces of wax paper or a between a silpat and wax paper flatten the dough balls until they're very thin and place them on a cookie sheet 4. Bake for 12 minutes or until they're golden brown. |
